Our return policy allows you 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn or unused, in the original condition, with tags intact, and within its original packaging. Remember to include the receipt or proof of purchase when returning your item.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return shipping label along with the instructions for sending your package back to us. Please note that any items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Your satisfaction is our priority. Therefore, if you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item upon delivery, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the situation and ensure that the issue is resolved promptly.

Some items are not eligible for return. This includes perishable goods, custom-made products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please reach out to us if you have questions about a specific product.

For exchanges, we recommend returning the unwanted item and then making a new purchase of the desired item. This approach guarantees that you receive what you want as quickly as possible.

If your order ships to a location within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. This means you can cancel or return your order without providing justification during this timeframe. As with our standard return policy, the item must be in new condition with tags and in original packaging, accompanied by the receipt.

We will notify you upon receiving your returned item and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund in your account.
